Public hearing was held for the purpose of considering items to
be included in an amendment to the Zoning Atlas followed by
public hearing for the purpose of consi4ering the preliminary
subdivision plat for Drew Gardens Retirement Center and an
amendment to the master site plan.
Tapes of public hearings are on file in the Planning Department.

developed. Original plans were to develop a condominium project
with 238 units. Mr. Davidson then showed the present plans,
depicting two parcels as follows: (1) congregate living

home facility at 1 story. He proceeded to cite the differences
in building coverage, open space and recreational facilities
areas.
