Subject area consists of .4 acres and is developed with two residences and associated garage apartments. Attorney George Greer, representing the applicant, stated request is made to ' permit the conversion of the existing structures to professional offices. He felt proposed request would be in conformance with the surrounding land usage and there would be no traffic impact. He commented that the alley located to the mouth of subject property could serve as a buffer to surrounding-property. Mr. Healey gave the background of subject property, commenting that this area will be considered in the next area-wide rezoning.
