Harvey reviewed the background and history for the Board, noting the properties were considered for rezoning to PS by the City Commission on May 6, 1982. In con- sideration of the Commission action to rezone the property on the north side of Grove Street to RM-12. staff was directed to readvertise for an RM-12 zoning on subject property. The Planning and Zoning Board at lts meeting of June 15, 1982 reco~ended to deny the Medium Density Land Use Plan classification and RM*12 zoningj further. it recommended that the area again be re-evaluated for a classification of PS, as originally proposed and recommended for approval by the Board on April 20, 1982.
