The proposed amendments will expand the definitions & conditions for home
occupations whereby a business may be conducted other than exolusively in
the residence & so as to provide an administrative process for consideration
of business currently holding a valid occupation~l license as home occupations.
Florida statute 266.0105 states: Any applicant appealing a decision of
this board must have a verbatim record of the proceedings to support
such an appeal.
Citizens may appear to be heard or file written notice of approval or
objeotion with the Planning Director or City Clerk prior to appropriate
Public Hearing.
