Mr. Healey stated that Parcel A is proposed to be developed residentially with an RM-16 (Medium Density Multi-Family Use) District zoning and Parcel D is to be developed with profes- sional and commercial uses. He further stated that the above request in its entirety was consistent with the County plan and the overall zoning in this area. This application is being filed in conjunction with an application for Land Use Plan and Zoning Atlas amendment to Commercial/Tourist Facilities and CP zoning for the adjacent parcel identified as M&B 2 which fronts on U.S. 19 and is p'resent1y in the city. The Resource Development Committee at its meeting 1982 recommended approval of the Community Impact subject to the condition that the floor area to be developed would be limited to 210,000 square feet of commercial use in the CP district and 55,000 square feet of office use in PS district.
