7166-03 ORDINANCE NO, 7166-03 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO DESIGNATE THE LAND USE FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE ALLEN AVENUE/MCMULLEN BOOTH ROAD INTERSECTION, APPROXIMATELY 1,000 FEET SOUTH OF STATE ROAD 580, CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF LOTS 6 THROUGH 13, BLOCK 4, CONSISTING OF THREE PARCELS TOTALING 0.38 ACRES, TOGETHER WITH A PORTION OF THE 30.00-FOOT WIDE RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR ALLEN AVENUE, ACKER'S SUBDIVISION, TOGETHER WITH THE ABUTTING RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG CHARLES AVENUE, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 3080 ALLEN AVENUE, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS RESIDENTIAL/OFFICE GENERAL (R/OG); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
