Mr. Max Battle, Director of Public Works. reviewed the application for the Board
members. stating applicant is seeking to expedite processing the plat and that
the City Manager had waived review by the Resource Development Committee due to
a hardship. He presented a copy of the agreement that the City had entered into
with property owners. noting that the plat will be reviewed by the Resource
Development Committee when the entire plat comes in for review. He noted that
the certificate of occupancy will be held up until it is an official plat of record.

Bandshell DesiRn Competition
Chris Papandreas. Chief Planner/Long Range, reviewed the Architectural Program with
Board members, noting how the competition will be conducted. She distributed material
explaining the Bandshell Design Competition and requested Board members I input and
comments to be presented at the Planning and Zoning Board meeting of March 2.

Board members identified their areas of concern relative to traffic signalization
and thoroughfare improvement plans with the hope that Keith Crawford, Traffic
'Engineering Director. could be present at the Boardls next meeting to discuss these
items.
