Goodwin, Richter, Chief Planner/Current; Paula Public hearing was held for the purpose of considering requested annexation and zoning fol- lowed by public hearing for the purpose of considering items to be included in an ordinance amending the Land Use Plan and Zoning Atlas and Zoning Ordinance text changes. Tapes of public hearings are on file in the Planning Department. On motion by Mr. Anderson, seconded by Mr. Goodwin, minutes of January 26, 1982 were approved as written. PS (Professional Services) Above property is located at the southeast int~rsection of Drew Street and Belcher Road and consists of 8.5 acres MOL. Mr.' R~hter stated subject property is undeveloped and plans are to develop property with professional offices. An Agreement to Annex was executed March 25, 1980 between the City of Clearwater and the property owner; however, only a portion of the property is included in this application. Home building and the area. but stated that he wished to integrate retail use with the office park for that property which fronts on U. S. 19.
