Ms. Florence H. LaBare, 2521 Briarwood Court, stated RM-8 zoning classification would be consistent with Cypress Bend development. Mr. Bickerstaffe expressed concern with density and suggested RPD-16 as an alternative. Motion was made by Mr. Bickerstaffe to deny above request and recommend to the City Com- mission that RPD-16 and the necessary requirements observed by the developer be worked out with the Planning Department; then be referred to 'the Planning and Zoning Board.
