of development and stated her opposition to rental property. Mr. Tavaris assured her
this p~oject would not be rental.

Mr. Healey gave a brief introduction and background concerning the properties proposed
to be rezoned, pointing out that said application is the seventh in the list of areas
throughout the City to be considered for review in order to inaure consistency be-
tween zoning districts and the Land Use Plan.

at RM-28, based on the entire. project.

request. MOtion was then amended by Mr. Mazur. seconded by Mr. Turner, to include
a statement that the entire parcel should be considered as one entity and that staff
return with a recommendation, that will consider the entire parcel. Both the amend-
