Attorney Elizabeth Daniels, representing Clearwater Seville Ltd., stated that when the' agreement was made in April. 1969. there was a master plan for subject property. She displayed a plan which was excerpted from the City Clerk's file. the history of this property. stating master plan is still valid and been a substantial reduction from 54 to 28 units per acre during the She reviewed tha t the re had course of time. Chairman Parks referred to the adjoining uses and inquired how Seville Ltd. proposed to treat the remaining vacant property relative to these uses. - Discussion ensued concerning the density of the property. ; ~ \ Mr. William C.
