Further, he expressed the desire to have the entire property rezoned to a commercial designation. Mr. Healey reviewed the background and history of subject property, referring to the Comprehensive Plan. He presented an overview of the proposal, stating the Resource Development Committee had approved the Community Impact Statement in addition to an addendum. He commented that public rights-of-way would be annexed with the result that the City would have jurisdiction over them.
