On motion by Mr. Mazur, seconded by Mr. Turner, minutes of April 21, 1981 were approved as written. On motion by Mr. May 5, 1981 were Mazur, seconded by Hrs. approved as written. R. 1.32 acres. side of Daniel Street Road and consists of is 580 located at the north and McMullen-Booth for Eckerd site is present- be removed Construction Manager stating subject residence which will Mr. George D. Buttery, Regional Drugs, represented the applicant, 1y developed with a motel and a prior to construction of a proposed drug store. Applicant is requesting a waiver to the parkland dedication/cash payment requirement. Mr. Healey stated the configuration at the intersection of ,S. R. 580 and ~fcMullen- Booth Road needs to be al tared and an 'additional 10 ft. of right-of-way is required for S. R. 580 and an additional 50 ft. plus right-of-way for McMullen-Booth Road. The Resource Development Committee approved the preliminary site plan May 20, subject to several conditions. Mr. Healey stated his preference for sidewalks being located on the plan in relation to expanded rights-of-way. Mr. Kimpton stated that in order to go out SO feet, as necessary, a l4-ft. variance is requested. Further, he stated that this arrangement would not interfere with any individual lot owner or clear space. Mr. Healey noted that Board's input appeared fairly consistent with items they felt needed to be incorporated into the Code; e.g., simplify what exists and remove the discrepancies. Mr. Healey read an outline of a response forwarded to Mr. Pratter, Team Four, and distributed copies of subject Attachment VII. This outline was reviewed item by item. Mr. Mazur made the following suggestion concerning No. III in Attachment VII: addition of the word requirements in the follow- ing title: Subdivision and Condominium Plat &, Requirements. Mr. Healey reviewed the Administration segment of the Code and listed the various procedures and boards as they now function and as proposed to be changed. Among the changes was the addition of a Code Administrator who would determine if information re- ceived is correct and complete, distribute applica tions-' and co- ordinate all review procedures, and in general, be the contact point for all individual functions under the Code. Site plans were discussed and it was felt the standardized de- scription should be expanded on; . In the proposed procedure, site plans would be reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Board. Mr. Healey noted the consultant, Jerry Pratter, would be in Clearwater June 15, 16 and 17. Meeting adjourned at 4:~5 PM.
