Gildersleeve, Kuntz, Mazur and Turner; David P. Healey. Planning Director; and Bill Shepard, Engineering Department Abaent: Mrs. Parks and Mr. Bickerstaffe Public hearing was held for the purpose of considering requested annexation and zoning item followed by public hearing for the purpose of considering items to be included in ordinances amending the City Land Use Plan and Zoning Ordinance. Tapes of public hearings are on file in the Planning Department. Vice Chairman Scheideman chaired the meeting. On motion by Mr. Kuntz, seconded by Mr. Gildersleeve, minutes of July 1. 1980 were approved as written. Planning and Zoning Board recommended as follows. Annexation & Zonin~: 1. Parcel I - W 534 ft. Request: Annexation. Single Family Duplex-Apt. (McCutcheon) & Zoning, RM-a, Parcel 2 - Portion of E 380 ft. of M & B 11, Sec. 21-28-16 (McCutcheon) Request: Annexation & Zoning, RS-200, Single Family Residential Above property contains 9.8 acres and is Road approximately south. Parcel No. located on the west side of McMullen-Booth half-way between S. R. 586 on the north and S. R. 580 on the 2 is presently developed with a single family residence. Mr. .Joseph Gaynor, representing the applicant, of 8.88 acres, is proposed to be dev~loped as located on Parcel No.2. stated that Parcel No.1, consisting townhouses. Mr. McCutcheon's home is Mr. Healey stated the proposed annexation and zoning request is in conformance with the Comprehensive Land Use Plan. Motion was made by Hr. GildersLeeve, seconded by Mr. Turner, to recommand approvaL of above request for Parcel No. 1. Upon vote being taken, there were 4 Ilayes, II I "nay" and I abstention. Mrs. Regulski voted IInaylt and Mr. Mazur abstained due to conflict of interest. Motion carried. Motion was made by Mr. Kuntz, seconded by Mr. Gildersleeve, to recommend approval of above request for Parcel No.2. Upon vote being taken, there were 5 "ayesH and l abstention. The second part of the amendment would establish zoning appeal process ftDm the BAA to a Hearing Officer rather than the City Commission.
