Evergreen Avenue and east of Waverly Way. The property is currently vacant and contains 4.7 acres MOL. At its meeting of June S, 1980, the City Commission approved the Zoning Atlas amend- ment to RM-24 for vacated Lady Mary Drive. Mr. Healey stated that as one studies the relationship between density and building height, there are discrepancies as one moves from higher to lower density. There is a need for a better relationship in the amount of density and allowable building height. Mr. Bickerstaffe felt that underground parking frees up the street right-of-way and eliminates the amount of asphalt. He felt they should have an additional I-story bonus if all parking was under the building. Mr. Scheideman expressed concern re height and cited Myrtle Beach and Wilmington, N.C. a8 examples. Mr. Healey presented slides for the Board members showing 3-story structures with parking located under the building. Mrs. Regulski expressed concern regarding drainage.
