Kuntz and Scheideman Bickerstaffe, Gildersleeve, Public hearing was held for the purpose of considering requested annexation and zoning items followed by public hearing for the purpose of considering items to be included 1n an ordinance amending the City Zoning Ordinance, Appendix A, Clearwater City Code, Tapes of public hearings are on file in the Planning Department. On motion by Mr. Bickerstaffe, seconded by Mr. Mazur, minutes of April 15, 1980 were approved as amended to note that the motion re Cedar Hp.ights Preliminary Subdivision Plat approval was carried by a vote of 5-2. Annexation & Zonin~: I, Lot 72, Clearwater Manor Sub. Request: Annexation & Zoning, (Gessler) RS-60, Single Family District Above property is currently developed with a single family residence. The request is in conformance with both the Clearwater and Pinellas County Land Use Plans. Mrs. Regulski questioned the relationship of this lot to the existing municipal boundaries. Mr. Healey reviewed origin of request and relationship to existing City boundary lines. MOtion was made by Mr. Tice, seconded by Mr. Bickerstaffe, to recommend approval of above request.
