Mr. Healey reviewed the draft of the waterfront setback requirements with the Board and aaked that they review it and comment at the next meeting of the Board. Mr. Healey fo llowing: showed overlays and explained the definitions and applications of the (1) general application of waterfront setbacks; (2) application of waterfront aetbacks to a corner lots; and (3) application of waterfront setbacks to mul~i-ovned property. 2.. OutLine of Priorities of Plan/Zoning Reconciliation Mr. John D. Richter, Chief Planner/Current, made a presention to the Board, a map which depicted 24 areas which were at variance with the Comprehensive Use Plan. The City of Clearwater 1s mandated to bring these variances into con- formity where the Land Use Plan is different from the zoning, on the property. Priorities of the zoning ~econciliation were discussed; e. g., mid-beach area ,and Drew, Street betweere'Greenwood and Myrtle were first and second priority areas. , 3. Review of Zoning in Undeveloped' High Density Residential Areas Mr. Healey reviewed the zoning in undeveloped High Density Residential areas and discussion enSUed. He showed illustrations of areas of high density and where there may be an opportunity to effect a difference; that is, something less than the maximum. Discussion ensued and Mr. Healey asked for input from the Board members. Planning staff will draw up a list describing the areas, acreage and other pertinent data prior to the next regular Board meeting.
