Dimmitt, Gildersleeve, Kuntz, Scheideman and Tomickij David P. Healey, Planning Directorj and Bill Shepard, Engineering Department Absent: Messrs. Tiee and Turner (excused) Public hearing was held at 1:30 ~l re annexation and zoning. Tapes of public hearings are on file in the Planning Department. On motion by Mr. Tomicki, seconded by Mr. Kuntz, minutes of July 3, 1979 were ap- proved as written. Planning and Zoning Board recommended as follows: ,Annexation &: Zonin~: -1. Portions of Lots 7 and 8, Canterbury Heights Sub. Request: RS-75, Single Family (Wilson) Above property is located on Canterbury Road approximately 100 feet south of Buroiee Drive. The previous owner, Mr. Charles Sagona, had made application for annexation of above parcel and the remainder of Lot 7 to the north. The City Commission denied said application on November 6, 1975. Mr. William G. Graham, presentative for Mr. and Mrs. Wilson. Lot 8 and that the southerly portion is within the City President of Alert Construction Company, appeared He stated that Mr. Wilson owns 60 of Clearwater. ss the re- feet of Mr. and Mrs. Jay F. Myers appeared before the Board and stated that three persons had purchased Lot 8 in ord~r to protect their investment. Concern was expressed inasmuch as, Mr. Sagona's house is in the County and the neighbors wish assurance that pxoper setbacks and all zoning regulations of the City will be strictly adhered to. Mr. David Dyer inquired if the house would meet the requirements of City standards (Lots 7 and 8). MOtion waa made by Mr; Tomicki, seconded by Mr. Gildersleeve, to recommend approval of above request. Motion carried unanimously. '. Chairman Hall suggested that a policy manual be written which would outline future procedures to be followed concerning water agreement and sewer extensions in ad~ dition'to informal agreements between the City and County.
