Dimmitt, Gildersleeve, Kuntz and Tomicki Shepard, Engineering Department (vacation) Chris Papandreas, Chief Planner/Long Range (excused); Bill Also present: Meeting was called to order by the Chairman for the purpose of reviewing preliminary subdivision plats. On motion by Mr. Tice, seconded by Mr. Turner, minutes of May 1, 1979 were approved as written. Planning and Zoning Board recommended as follows: 1. Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Professional Business Complex Subdivision (Lokey - UPCO Postal Employees Credit Union) Above property is located on the northeast corner of Cleveland and Main and consists of 3.2 acres. Mr. C. A. Peterson, Engineer, stated the proposed usage of the property is a business complex similar to the Spanos Enterpri~es. Mr. Healey showed an aerial of said property and stated the Resource Development Committee had recommended approval, with conditions; namely, the setback line be shown on the plan. Setback line is already established and should be maintained. " Mr. Hall expressed concern for drainage. Mr. Peterson stated that a retention area will be along the perimeter of the property in order to alleviate any problem. Further, three separate drainage plans will be requi~d to be presented to the Board for approval.at the time of site' plan review. Motion was made by Mr. Tice, seconded by Me. Scheideman, to recommend approval of the above preliminary subdivision plat. Motion carried unanimously. 2. Preliminary Subdivision Plat - RPD - Oak Creek Townhouse on Sharkey Road . (KTH Assoc.) Above property is located on Sharkey Road approximately 903 feet west of Old Coachman Road and contains.78 acre.
