John Tylawsky stated he is in compliance with the order as he
obtained a demolition permit for the building on 10/5/81, which
information was confirmed by Building Inspector Reis. Demolition is
currently under way. The original order was reviewed and discussion
ensued concerning whether pUlling a demolition permit, in fact,
constituted compliance.
Further discussion ensued concerning the original order and the
fact that possible removal of the building was not addressed until
after Mr. Tylawsky had exhausted the appeals processes,

Mr. Ehrig moved to amend the Order in case No. 10-81 to
provide that Mr. Tylawsky have until January 7, 1982, to remove the
building in violation. If the said building is not removed by 12:00
midnight January 7, 1982, the fine of $50.00 per day which was imposed
on October 22, 1981, shall continue until the building is completely
removed. If the building is removed as of January 7 the existing
lien, O. R. Book 5276 Pages 2086-2089 incl., will be null and void.
The property will be inspected at 8:00 a.m. January 8, 1982, and if
the building has not been completely demolished the fine shall
commence at once. The motion was duly seconded and carried
unanimously.
