The motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously. o CASE NO. 11-81 Clearwater Seville, Ltd. (William D. Albrecht) Standard Building Code Violation The Affidavit of Violation was reviewed by the Board and it was noted the violation pertains to the handrails on the exterior balconies and stairways. Mr. Ehrig moved to set Case No. 11-81 Clearwater Seville, Ltd., 2640 Seville Blvd. for hearing on August 5, 1981 for violation of Chapter 133, Sec. 103.4, 101.6 and 1108.1. The motion was duly seconded. Discussion ensued concerning the ownership of Building 12. Mr. Ehrig stated he would let his motion stand based on the assumption the originating department had researched the question. The motion carried unanimously CASE NO. 12-81 Johnson & Albrecht, 705 Court Street Standard Building Code Violation An Affidavit of Violation was reviewed and it was noted this is a violation of the Standard Building Code. FIorino & Mike Clarke d/b/a Clarke's Clearwater Coachworks Fire Code Violation The Affidavit of Violation was reviewed and it was noted the violation consists of having neither an exhaust system nor an exhaust filtration system in a spray booth. Mr. Ehrig moved to set a heaTing date of Augu~t 19, 1981 for Case No. 13-81 Clarke's Clearwater Coachworks, 1239 ~.
