Commissioner Regulski moved to approve the minutes of meeting. MOtion was duly seconded and carried o ITEM H3 Recommendation of the Pension Advisory Committee. A. Request for Pension. 1. Pension to be Granted to Ella Mae Dixon, widow of Lenard K. Dixon The attorney previous Personnel Director requested action on this item be deferred. An has corresponded with the City stating his client is Mr. Dixon's wi~e from whom Mr. DiKon was not divorced. Cu~issioner Winner moved to continue this item. MO~ion was duly seconded and carried unanimously. 2. Pension to be Granted F:i.refighter Job connected Disability to Charles Kolinski, Mr. Kolinski's disability resulted ~rom an inner ear injury sustained while diving for the Fire Department. Due to this injury, Mr. Kolinski is unable to maintain his balance and therefore unable to perform the duties of a rirefighter_ In response to a question, the Personnel Director indicated Mr. Kolinski was partiCipating in a training exercies when the injury occurred. o Book 2 105.
