Job connected Disability to Charles Kolinski,
Mr. Kolinski's disability resulted ~rom an inner ear injury sustained while
diving for the Fire Department. Due to this injury, Mr. Kolinski is unable
to maintain his balance and therefore unable to perform the duties of a
rirefighter_
In response to a question, the Personnel Director indicated Mr. Kolinski
was partiCipating in a training exercies when the injury occurred.

The Pension Advisory Committee recommends granting a job connected
disability pension under Section 26.35 of the Employee's Pension Plan in the
amount of $2,151.38 per month.
Commissioner Winner moved to accept the recommendation of the Advisory
