The City Commission, meeting as the Board of Trustees of the
Employees' Pension Fund, met in regular session at the City Hall, Monday,
July 15, 1985, at 9:07 a.m., with the following members present:

- Commissioner Regulski moved to approve the minutes
1985 meeting. Motion was duly seconded and carried

- Recommendations of the Pension Advisory Committee.
a. Request for Pensions.
The City Manager presented the recommendation of the Advisory
Committee, General Employees' Pension Fund that the employee listed below
be granted a job-connected disability Pension under Section 26.35 of
Employees' Pension Plan.
Jack Katchuk, Police Officer, Police Department, effective July 15,
1985, in the amount of $1,311.16 per month.
Commissioner Winner moved to accept the recommendation of the Advisory
Committee. MOtion was duly seconded and carried unanimously.
The City Manager presented the recommendation of the Advisory
Committee, General Employees' Pension Fund that the employee listed below
be granted a non-jab-connected disability Pension under Section 26.34 of
Employees' Pension Plan.
Philip W. Bonini, Sr., Water Supply Attendant, Water Division,
Utilities Department, effective May 20, 1985, in the amount of $486.40
per month.
