The City Commission, meeting as the Board of Trustees of the
Employees' Pension Fund, met in regular session at the City Hall,
March 12, 1984, at 2:01 p.m. with the following members present:

Motion
ITEM - Discussion - Reinstatement of Employees.
The Commission discussed with John Szuba the reinstatement of
employees of the City, who resign and then request re-instatement
within the six-month time-frame. Nine employees of the City who,
at one time or another, resigned and requested re-instatement within
six months, are now back in the pension plan but have never taken
