TRUSTEES OF THE EMPLOYEES' PENSION FUND MEETING
February 13, 1984
The City Commission, meeting as the Board of Trustees of the Employees'
Pension Fund, met in regular session at the City Hall, February 13, 1984, at

The City Manager presented the recommendation of the Advisory
Committee to deny membership based on physician's fi~dings for one
(1) employee listed below:

Committee to deny membership. MOtion was duly seconded and

ITEM #4 - Other Business
Chairman of the Pension Advisory Committee,
of Trustees that there are 277 employees in
City's employ who did not contribute to the Pension Plan during
first six-months of their employment.

The Finance Director estimated if all the employees opt to pay
back the first six-months contributions, the cost to the City is
estimated by the actuary to be $148,000 to $300,000 over a period of
15 years or approximately $36,000 annually.
