Bustin Lucille Williams City Manager City Attorney City Clerk The Mayor called the meeting to order. ~ V ITEM #2 Minutes - Commissioner Garvey moved to approve the minutes of the May 3, 1982 meeting. MotiOll was duly seconded and carried unanimously. ITEM #3 - Recommendations of the Pension Advisory Committee. a. Acceptance into Membership. The City Manager presented the recommendation of the Advisory Committee to approve membership for twelve (12) employees listed below: Name Classification Department Sue A. Bartlett Albert M. MOtion was duly seconded and carried unanimously. b. Denial of Membership. The City Manager presented the recommendation of the Advisory Committee to deny membership based on physician's findings for one (1) employee listed below: Name Classification Department Robert E. Perkins Draftsman II Gas Div - Utilities Dept. Commissioner Garvey moved to accept the recommendation of the Advisory Committee to deny membership.
