ITEM #2 Minutes - Commissioner Garvey moved to approve the minutes
of the May 3, 1982 meeting. MotiOll was duly seconded and carried
unanimously.

- Recommendations of the Pension Advisory Committee.

Acceptance into Membership.
The City Manager presented the recommendation of the Advisory
Committee to approve membership for twelve (12) employees listed

Physician but have now been approved for pension by him.

Commissioner Garvey moved to accept the recommendation of the
Advisory Committee. MOtion was duly seconded and carried
unanimously.
b. Denial of Membership.
The City Manager presented the recommendation of the Advisory
Committee to deny membership based on physician's findings for one
(1) employee listed below:
