ITEM f12 Minutes
Commissioner Hatchett moved to approve the minutes of the
February 15, 1982 meeting. Motion was duly seconded and carried
unanimously.
ITEM #3 - Recommendations of the Pension Advisory Committee.
a. Acceptance into Membership.
The City Manager presented the recommendation of the Advisory
Committee to approve membership for ten (10) employees listed below:

Commissioner Garvey moved to accept the recommendation or the
Advisory Committee to deny membe~ship. Motion was duly seconded and
carried unanimously.
c. Job-Connected Disability Pension - John Borsch.
The City Manager presented the recommendation of the Advisory
Committee, General Employees' Pension Fund that the employee listed below be
granted a job-connected disability pension:
John Borsch, Police Officer, Police Department, effective
January 14, 1982, in the amount of $1,409.38 per month.
Commissioner Hatchett moved to approve the Job Connected
Disability Pension request. Motion was duly seconded. Upon the vote
being taken, Commissioners Garvey, Hatchett and the Mayor voted "Aye",
Commissioner Calderbank voted "Nay". Motion carried
