The City Commission, meeting as
Employees' Pension Fund, met in
November 2, 19B1, at 9:32 a.m.,
the Board of Trustees of the
regular session at the City Hall, Monday,

Commissioner Garvey moved to approve the minutes of the October 12,
1981, meeting. Motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously.
ITEM 03 - Recommendations of the Pension Advisory Committee.

The City Manager presented the recommendation of the Advisory
Committee to deny membership based on physician's findings for two (2)
employees listed below:

The City Manager presented the recommendation of the Advisory
Committee of the Employees' Pension Fund which recommends that the employee
listed below be granted Employee Retirement under Section 5 of the
Employees' Pension Plan.
James Skinner, Sanitation Worker, Utilities Department, effective
August 31, 1981, in the amount of $265.96 per month.

Commissioner Hatchett moved to approve the non-job connected
disability pension request. Motion was duly seconded and carried
unanimously.
