'0 TRUSTEES OF THE EMPLOYEES' PE~SION FUND MEETING November 2, 1981 The City Commission, meeting as Employees' Pension Fund, met in November 2, 19B1, at 9:32 a.m., the Board of Trustees of the regular session at the City Hall, Monday, with the following members present: Charles F. LeCher Paul A. Hatchett Ri ta Garvey Kathleen Kelly Mayor/Commissioner Vice-Mayor/Commissioner Commissioner Commissioner Absent: James Calderbank Commissioner Also present were: Anthony L. ITEM 02 - Minutes Commissioner Garvey moved to approve the minutes of the October 12, 1981, meeting. Motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously. ITEM 03 - Recommendations of the Pension Advisory Committee. a. Acceptance into Membership. The City Manager presented the recommendation of the Ad~isory Committee to approve membership for se~en (7) employees listed below: Name Classification Department/Division Betty J. Blunt Terry A. The City Manager presented the recommendation of the Advisory Committee to deny membership based on physician's findings for two (2) employees listed below: ~ Classification Department/Division Richard D. Clifford James Spychalski, Jr. Equipment Operator Traffic Eng. Aide Public Works/Public Service Traffic Engineering Commissioner Garvey moved Committee to deny membership. unanimously. to accept the recommendation of the Advisory Motion was duly seconded and carried c. Pension to be Granted. The City Manager presented the recommendation of the Advisory Committee of the Employees' Pension Fund which recommends that the employee listed below be granted Employee Retirement under Section 5 of the Employees' Pension Plan. James Skinner, Sanitation Worker, Utilities Department, effective August 31, 1981, in the amount of $265.96 per month. @ Commissioner Hatchett moved to approve the non-job connected disability pension request.
