Bennie Mae Rutledge, Patitioner, owns property located at 422 Madison Avenue, Clearwater, Florida which is the northwest corner of the intersection of South Madison Avenue and Brown Street. The legal description of the property is Lot 12, Biock 1, Moase and Harrison Subdivision. The property is zoned commercial general. 2. David Legault has a cbntract with Petitioner to . purchase the subject property which is conditioned upon the grant- ing of the variance ,~hich Petitioner ~s seeking.
