Sob Nororass, of Flow Indrustries, explainad th� proaedure and
indiQated the baateria used rrou�d pose no danger ragarding infes�a�ion
and they are not genetic mutants. The d3gestion prooess is antinipated
to take 120 days. The baateria foad ahai.n will �e comple�ed when the
p�aterial is digested and the banteria die and diseharged along with the
ma�erial. The process dissal�es ihe Qold tar into a e],oudy water
aQaeptable �hrough the City Seuage Treatment E'1ant. The Gas D�.vision �.s
working olo9ely with the PoI].ution Control Divisi.on i.n the disposal
prooess.

Ho�rard Johnson hae requested same changes from the grevious License
Agreement with the Cf.ty. Staff needed an apportuni�y �o study the ehanges
that they are requesting in order to make a recommendation, therefore Staff
is requesting the C�.ty Copa�m�ssi.on �uthorize an ex�ension of the existing
Liaense Agreement for a period not to extend beyond August 3�, 1982.
Aepending on the degrea of the changes being requested, the LieQr�se
AgreemenG for �hat property may be put out for bi.cl again,
Housin Mort a e Re�eaue Bonds.
Adopting the Resalution attaahed to this item w�.11 begin the proaess
req�zired by the City issuing these Bonds. A Market Study wi13. be done
by Wi.].li.ar� R. Hough and Company in conjunc�ion with the City's Bond
Coun�el.
Mocoasi.n Lake Nature Park.
5taff is reque9ting a minimaZ admission fee be establi.shed for
admi.ssion to Mocoaai.n Lake Park. The monies will be use to maintain the

light was planned for Belcher Raaci at Oak Neek and Greenbrier Baulevard.
In res�onse the City Manager reported it wa9 p�.anned, however it was a
aounty �ight and not a aity 1.ight. He also expressed aonoerna of the
acceas to U,S. 19 from Japanese Gardens and Tropic Hills, t.hat it is a

Strest. She also stated a transit authority bus was running in plaee of
�he Jolly Trolley over the Neek-end with no indi,cation that the ride Has
