In the past, the con�idential employees have received tihe same cost of living increases enjoyed by.members of the union. Same discussion ensued on the Trim Bi1i and the need to increase taxes or cu� services. Mike Laursen, Pers�nnel Directar, stiated his department developes survey data. I� evaluates the Consumer Price Index and prepares frings and �aage benefz� surveys to be sure Clearwater is competitive in �he labor market. 1'he grievance procedure is reviewed and upon adoption o� the contract, training sessinns are held far first-line supervisars.
