The cons�ruction is in via�ation of the Beauti�ication Ordinance and the drzveway requirements of the Traf�ic Engineering Department. The owner was nati�ied to remove portions of the new construction and replace it as direc�ed by �he code ot ardinances but has fai].ed to d� so. Discussion ensued on various tra�fic and par�Cing viola�ions and the Traffic Engineer wi11 display slides at the next work session. Truck traffic on Belcher Road and lowering o� the speed limit was discussed. The City Manager reparted the county is conducting a stiudy and Lhe City must coardinat� wi�h �he county plan. He wi11 provzde a sta�us report when �he study has been completed. Traffic in Morningside on Harn B1vd.��was discussed and a number of suggestiians were made on the han�ling of zraf�ic cong�stion.
