While the repor� indicates Clie School Board is happy with �he
si.�ua�ion, �here had been a.ndi,catians thati some School Board mem-
bers and administrators are not sata.s£a.ed, The trailers are owned
by the �learwatex Housing Au�thority, and it is recommended that
tit].e be ttirned over to the Religiaus Community 5ervices, �nc.�
who are seeking a suitabl.e housing facilitiy, Pinellas County will
agree ta the program change and ta fund 75& o� the cost. The
City's share wou�d be na more than $10,00U.

Discussion ensued conc�rning the exis�Cing Street Artist Pro--
�ram, which is currently inacti.ve.
Consensus is to refer �his request to the Downtown Develop-
ment Board tor input. If they a�pxove the idea,permits �ar the one-day
program couZd be handled in the way other special permits are
hand�ed.

sta�Ced he had received advice f'rom the Ci�y Attorney prior ta
scheduling his.meeting. Each felt, and had bcen so assured by
the City A��orney, that there was no violation o£ the Sunshine
Law, sxnce only 1 Comm�.ssioner was present a� each meeting.
'Fhe City Manager repor�ed the Scientologists have paid
their 1976 and 1977 ad valorem taxes.
