Traffic is a big concern o� the residents of the area. He reparted there is'an appeal peri,od within 7 days £rom.the date o� decision and requested Commissian direc�ion. Cammissioner DeBlaker reported an the meeting of the PPC (she is a m�mber af the PPC), sta��ng the City Commissian has three options, to acquiesce and accep� the decisian, to present a new am�nc3men't, ar to file a deci.aratory i.njunctive appeal. She reported tihe Council questioned whe�her Clearwa�er had su�- fic�.ent paxkland, and that a portian of thea.r dec�.sion was based on �he fact that D9cMul�en-Booth Road had been declared a scena.c corridor.
