ORDINANCE NO. 6649-01
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO DESIGNATE THE
LAND USE FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF OLD COACHMAN ROAD AND
CAMPBELL ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 170 FEET NORTH OF
WETHERINGTON ROAD, CONSISTING OF M & B'S 34/01 AND
34/011 IN SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST,
WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 2301 CAMPBELL ROAD,
UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS
RESIDENTIAL ESTATE; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the comprehensive
plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate,
and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1, The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City of
Clearwater is amended by designating the land use category for the hereinafter described
property, upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, as follows:

Section 2, The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent
with the City's comprehensive plan,
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon
and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 6648-01, and subject to the approval of the land
use designation by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners, and subject to a
determination by the State of Florida, as appropriate, of compliance with the applicable
requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development
Regulation Act, pursuant to S 163,3189, Florida Statutes,

Commence at the NW corner of Lot 36, COACHMAN LAKES ESTATES, as
recorded in Plat Book 62, Pages 26 through 29, Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida, said point being on the South
right-of-way line curve of Campbell Road as shown on said plat,
said curve being concave southerly, having a radius of 503.17
feet; thence along the arc of said right-of-way line curve, a
chord bearing and distance of N 88037'49" W, 23.84 feet to the
point of curvature of said curve: thence N 89059'16" W, along said
South right-of-way line, 474.37 feet to the Point of Beginning;
thence continue N 89059'16" W, along said South right-of-way line,
286.46 feet to the point of curvature of a right-of-way curve
that is concave southeasterly, having a radius of 25.00 feet;
thence along the arc of said right-of-way line curve: a chord
bearing and distance of S 45004'27" W, 35.32 feet to the point
of tangency of said curve: thence S 0008'10" W, along the East
right-of-way line of Old Coachman Road (County Road No. 32) as
shown on said plat, a distance of 500.05 feet: thence S 89059116"
