The property described in Exhibit A, attached hereto, is hereby dedicated as right-of-way for use by the general public and the City of Clearwater as their interests may appear. Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this resolution in the public records of Pinellas County, Florida. Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
