RAILROAD COMPANY I S RIGHT-OF-WAY LYING IN SECTION 16,

A portion of the former Seaboard Coastline Railroad Company's
right-of-way, lying in Section 16, Township 29 South,
Range 15 East, as conveyed to the City of Clearwater in
Official Record Book 3473, Pages 918 and 919 of the Public
Record of Pinellas County, Florida, describod as follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of said Section 16; thence
S aa058'40~ West along the North 'line of said Section 16 for
614.19 feet; thence S 03006'40" West along the Easterly line
of said former railroad right-of-way for 400.20 feet to a
point on the Northerly right-of-way line of Hendricks Street
and the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue S 03006~401l West
along said Easterly right-of-way line for 50.12 feet; thence
N 89042'13".West for 51.24 feet to a point of curve; thence
along said curve to the left having a radius of 10.00 feet, a
central angle of 121002'46", an arc distance of 21.13 feet, a
chord length of 17.41 feet and a chord bearing of

non-tangent curve; thence along said curve to the left,
