WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter described property; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to dedicate a portion thereof as a drainage easement: now. therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. A portion of the property described and depicted in Exhibit A attached hereto is hereby dedicated as a drainage easement for use by the general public and the City of Clearwater as their interests may appear. Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this resolution in the public records of Pinellas County, Florida. Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
