OR7e2PG2343 89135rl~9 RESOLUTION NO. 89-19 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, DEDICATING A 10RFOOT UTILITY EASEMENT LYING ACROSS A CITY-OWNED PARCEL OF PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN LANDMARK DRIVE AND McMULLEN-BOOTH ROAD IN SECTIONS 20 AND 21, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter described property; and tlHEREAS, it is necessary to dedicate a portion thereof as a utility easement; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: ~cti.2D...l. A portion of the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto, consisting of a IO-foot wide tract lying five feet on either side of a ductile iron pipe as installed and as depicted on Page 2 of Exhibit A, is hereby dedicated as a utility easement for use by the general public and the City of Clearwater as their interests may appear.
