Section 2. Pursuant to Section 95.13 of the Code of Ordinances, the
owner of each lot listed on Exhibit A has been provided with a notice
and opportunity within which to pay the costs and administrative
charges set forth on Exhibit A, but no payments have been received.
Section 3. As to each parcel of real property listed on Exhibit A,
the City Commission pnrBuant to Section 95.11 of the Code of Ordinances
hereby assesses a lien on behalf of the City of Clearwater for the
actual coats of mowing or clearing, plus administrative costs, as. shown
on Exhibit A.
Section 4
The City Clerk is hereby directed to prepare a notice of
lien against each property listed on Exhibit A and to record the same
.'in the public records of Pinellas County. Plorida.
Section 5
The principal amount of the liens assessed by this
resolution
. shall bear interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) per annum from the
date of recording of the notice of lien until paid.

Section 6 This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption.
