:, ~ @h I Urj<~ i"',;- RES 0 L UTI 0 N No. 87 - 1 7 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION 87-1, WHICH ASSESSED CER'rAIN REAL PROPERTY CONSISTING OF THE NORTH 75 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF BLOCK E, J. J. ELDRIDGE'S SUBDIVISION FOR THE COSTS OF DEMOLITION IN REMOVING A DANGEROUS STRUCTURE, TO CORRECT THE AMOUNT OF THE COSTS INCURRED TO $1887.11. WHEREAS, the City commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, passed Resolution 87-1 on January 15, 1987, assessing certain real property for the costs incurred in the demolition of a dangerous structure; and WHEREAS, it has now been determined that the advertising costs were inadvertently omitted in the resolution; and I" WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend Resolution' 87-1 to include all of the costs incurred by the City; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: .Section 1. section 1 of Resolution 87-1 is hereby amended to read as follows: section '1. Pursuant to Section 138.02, Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, the Building Official having ordered the demolition of the building situated on the following described property: , North 75 feet'of the South 1/2 of Block E, J. J. Eldridge's SUbdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 85 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part, also known as 1003 Railroad Avenue, Clearwater, Florida. The record title holder to said property appears to be Jeralne Burt, 816 North Betty Lane, Clearwater, Florida 33515, according to the Public Records and the current tax roll of Pinellas County, Florida; . ; and the City of Clearwater having now completed said work, , ,'. the City Commission does hereby assess and charge a lien on behalf of the City of Clearwater against the property for the 'necessary costs incurred as follows: Demolition Cost , Advertising Cost $1850.00 37.11 $1887.11 T.otal Cost Section 2.
