WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter described property; and WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commission that said property has never been formally dedicated as an easement, although the same is to be used for such purpose; and WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The property described in Exhibit A, attached utility easement for use by the general public and the City of Clearwater generally as their interests may appear. Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this resolution in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
