F.tORIDA, DECLARING ITS INTENT PURSUANT TO CUAPTER 170, FLORIDA STATUTES, TO MAKE A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT, NAMELY THE CONSTRUCTION AND EXTENSION OF A SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM WITHIN SUNSET POlm' ESTATES; PROVIDING FOR THE PART TO BE PAID BY SPECIAL ASSESSMENT; PROVIDING FOR MANNER IN WHICH SPECIAL ASSESSMENT IS TO BE MADE; PROVIDING WHEN SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ARE TO BE PAID; AND DESCRIBING LANDS ON WHICH SPECIAL ASSESSMENT IS TO BE LEVIED. WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater desires to install a sanitary sewer system in a portion of SUNSET POINT ESTATES; and WHEREAS, authority to conduct such project exista in Chapter 170, Florida Statutes; and WHEREAS, the City Commission wishes to proceed to make such improvemen t; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA Section 1. Pursuant to Chapter 170, Florida Statutes, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida. hereby declares its intent to proceed to install a sanitary sewer system within Old Coachman Road in Sunset Point Estates as described below, such sanitary sewer system project to be conducted as a special assessment project. Section 2~ The location of such sanitary sewer system shall be as follows: Within Old Coachman Road ~n Sunset Point Estates. Section 3. The following part of the cost of such project shall be paid by special assessment: $44,010.00. Section 4. Such special assessment shall be made on the following basis: on the basis of the special benefit to the property itself. , Section 5.
