A RESOLU'l'ION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF 'l'HE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, lo'r..ORIDA, DEDICi\.TING A
CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENT I~ PINELLAS GROVES
SUBDIVISION RUNNING NORTH OFF OF HARN BOULEVARD,
290 FEET WEST OF MORELAND DRIVE, PINELLAS
COUNTY, FLORIDA.

WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the llercinafter
described property; and
WH'ERE1\S, it has now corne to the attention of the City commission
that said property has never been formally dedicated as an easement,
although the same is to be used for such purpose; and

WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate'
said easement by formal tesolutio~;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the property'described in Exhibit A, attached hereto
and made a part hereof, be and the same is hereby dedicated as an
utility easement for use by the general public and the City of
Clearwater generally as their interests may appear.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record this
resolution in the Public Records of pinellas County, Florida.
3. That this resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its 'adoption.
