WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Commission
of the City of Clearwater, Florida, through the enaotment of Chapter
95 of the Code of Ordinances that for the purpose of promoting the
health, safety and general welfare of the oitizens and residents of
the City of Clearwater lots, parcels or traots of land within the
corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Pinallas County. Florida,
such as described below should be cleared of weeds, rubbish, debris
and other noxious material; and
WHEREAS, notice pursuant to Section 95.07 of the Code of
Ordinanoes was prOVided to the owner of each of the lots listed below
that suoh lot was in violation of Chapter 95, the Lot Clearing Code;
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 95.07 of the Code of Ordinanoes,
following the determination that a violation exists, the property
was posted requesting complianoe within fifteen (15) days; and
WHEREAS, notifioation was given to eaoh property owner adVising
of the right to appear at a hearing berore the Lot Clearing Board
to oontest the findings of violation and present evidence relating
to whY suoh lot should not be olea red or mowed by the City; and
WHEREAS. the Lot Clearing Board, pursuant to Section 95.09 of
the Code of Ordinanoes. has authorized eaoh of the lots listed below
to be cleared by the City amI the aotual oosts of olearing or mOWing,
plus administrative oosts, &0 be assessed against each property owner;

the hearing the Lot Clearing Board, pursuant to Seotion 95.09 of the
Code of Ordinanoes, authorized the City to olear or mow each lot.

2. That pursuant to Seotion 95.13 of the Code of Ordinances
the owner of eaoh lot listed on Exhibit A has been prOVided with a
notice and opportunity, thirty (30) days, within which to pay the
oosts and administrative charges set forth on Exhibit A, but no

payments have been reoeived.

3. That each lot listed on Exhibit A, having been cleared or

against each paroel shown on Exhibit A for the actual oosts of mowing
or clearing. plus administrative costs, as shown on Exhibit A.

of lien against each property listed on Exhibit A and to file the
same in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas
