A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, PURSUANT TO SECTION
117.10 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, ESTABLISHING
A PUBLIC HEMUNG DATE AT WIIlCH PROPERTY O\~NERS
BEING ASSESSED PURSUANT TO THE PROJECT FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION AND EXTENSION OF A SANITARY SEWER
SYSTEM WITHIN THE STREETS OF SOUTH LAGOON CIRCLE
AND WEST LAGOON CIRCLE, IN CLEARWATER MANOR SUB-
DIVISION, MAY APPEAR WITH RESPECT TO THE COSTS
AND ASSESSMENTS.
WHEREAS, on April 16, 1985, the City Commission adopted
Resolution No. 85-27 declaring its intent to proceed with the
construction and extension of a sanitary sewer system within the
streets of South Lagoon CirCle and West Lagoon Circle in Clearwater
Manor Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the assessment roll required by Section 117.09 of
the Code of Ordinances has been prepared for the project; and
WHEREAS, the City comrni~sion is ready to establish the public
hearing date required by Section 117.10 of the Code of Ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
. FOLLOWS:
1. Pursuant to Section 117.09 of the Code of Ordinances, the
City Commission hereby establishes-July 18, 1985, 'at '6:30 P.M..'in
the City Commission Chambers at city Hall, 112 South Osceola Avenue,
Clearwater, Florida, as the public hearing where property owners
involved in the construction and extension of a sanitary sewer system
within the streets of South Lagoon Circle and West Lagoon Circ~e
in Clearwater Manor Subdivision may appear and inquire into the
costs of the project and the amount to be assessed each property
owner.
2. Notice to each property owner of :such public hearing shall
be as provided in Section 117.10 of the Code of Ordinances.

provided in Section 117.10 of the Code of Ordinances.
