WHEREAS, it haa becn determined by the City Commission
of the City of Clearwater, Florida, through the passago of
Ordinanoe No. '1894 establishing Chapter 95 that for the purpose of
promoting the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens and
residents of the city of Clearwater, lots, parcels or traats of land

rubbish, debris and other noxious material; and
WHEREAS, notice pursuant to Section 95.07 of the Code of

1. That purst~nt to Section 95.00 tho properties
listed on Exhibit ^ attaohed to this resolution and made a part hereoC
after noUceto each property owner were considored at a pUblio
hearing held Septelllber 6, 19811, September 20, 1981&, Ootober 20, .1983
with the question being should eaoh lot be cleared or mowed by the
City and the oosts inoluding administrative oosts assessed against
eaoh property owner on the list; that following the hearing the City
Commission pursuant of Section 95.09 authorize the City to clear or
mow each lot. 2. That pursuant to Section 95.13 of the Code of
Ordinanoes the owner of each lot listed on Exhibit ^ has been provided
with a notice and opportunitYt thirty (30) dayst within which to pay
the oosts and administrative charges set forth on Exhibit A but no
payments have been received. 3. That each lot listed on Exhibit
A, having been cleared or mowed by the City, the City Commission
pursuant to Section 95.11 of the Code of Ordinances hereby assesses
a lien on behalf of the City of Clearwater against each parcel shown
on Exhibit A for the aotual costs of mowing or clearing shown on the
Exhibit plus administrative costs. 4. That the City Clerk is hereby
directed to prepare a notice oC lien against each property listed
on Exhibit A and to file the same in the Office of the Clerk of the
Cirouit Court of Pinellas County, Florida. 5. That this resolution
shall become effective immediately upon its adoption. PASSED AND
ADOPTED this 20t&,y of December
