That pursuant to Seotion 95.06 the propertles listed on Exhibit A attached to this resolution and made a part hereof after notioe to each property owner were oonsidered at a publio hearing held February 16, 198~ and Hay 3. 198~ with the question being should each lot be cleared or mowed by the City and the costs inoluding administrative costs assessed against each property owner on the list; that following the hearing the City Commission pursuant of Seotion 95.09 authorize the City to olear or mow eaoh lot. 2. That pursuant to Section 95.13 of the Code of Ordinanoes the owner of each lot listed on Exhibit A has been prOVided uith a notice and opportunity, thirty (30) days, within which to pay the costs and administrative oharges set forth on Exhibit A but no payments have been received. 3. That eaoh lot listed on Exhibit A, haVing been cleared or mowed by the City, the City Commission pursuant to Seotion 95.11 of the Code of Ordinances hereby assesses a lien on behalf of the City of Clearwater against each parcel sho\fll on Exhibit A for the actual oosts of mOWing or olearing shown on the Exhibit plus administrative costs. 4. That the City Clerk 1s hereby directed to prepare a notice of lien against each property listed on Exhibit A and to file the same 1n the Office of the Clerk of the Cirouit Court of Pinellas County, Florida. 5.
