WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter described proper~y; and WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commission that said property has never been formally dedicated as a sanitary sewer easement although the same is to be used for such purpose: and WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate said easement by formal resolution; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS: 1.
