AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, RELATING TO THE BUILDING AND
DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS; AMENDING APPENDIX
A, SCHEDULE OF FEES, RATES AND CHARGES
RELATING TO SECTION 47.087 (2) (g) 4., DEMOLITION
PERMIT, BY ADDING A MAXIMUM FEE OF $1,000 FOR A
DEMOLITION PERMIT; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
