CRA Agenda Item: Appoint two Trustees of the CRA to serve as ex-officio members on the
Downtown Development Board.
Summary:
'The Downtown Development Board traditionally has two trustees of the CRA as ex-officio
members on its Board.
.Effective December 31, 2003, Trustee Whitney Gray resigned as the ex-officio on the DDB due to
her moving from Clearwater. Trustee Frannk Hibbard currently serves as the other ex-officio
member.
'The ex-officio members serve as liaisons between the CRA and the DDB. They will brief DDB
Board members at their meeting on CRA plans, projects and issues.
'The Downtown Development Board convenes monthly on the first Wednesday of the month in the
City Hall Chambers, or a place designated by the Board's Chairman, at 5:30 PM.
